LQA Profiles
When evaluating content quality, different rules may be required for different content types or clients. Some content may need to have precise terminology and others may need to follow locale convention or be precise with target length and markup. Errors may also require different severities or assigned weights.
LQA profiles are assigned when setting up the workflow for a project.
Use Case:
Marketing texts don’t require literal translation while legal texts should be very precise. Marketing content could be assigned an 0.5 weight to Omission errors but legal text could have a 2.0 weight assigned to the same error.
Administrators and Project Managers with unlimited user rights can customize types of Language Quality Assessment warnings applied in projects.
To create an LQA profile, follow these steps:

From the Setup
page, scroll down to the section and click on Language Quality Assessment (LQA).

page opens. -
Click Add profile.
The
page opens. Provide a
.Select error categories/subcategories based on the harmonized DQF-MQM typology and indicate importance by adjusting weights . The default weight is 1.0.

Assign
.These are used in scoring translations and multiplied by error's weight. Recommended penalty values are 0 - Neutral, 1 - Minor, 5 - Major and 10 - Critical.

Click Create profile.
Profile is added to the
table.
Profiles can be edited, assigned as default or duplicated from the menu to the right of the profile name.
