Purchasing a Memsource Subscription

A debit/credit card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit (EU customers only) or wire transfer can be used to purchase a Memsource subscription.

The following debit/credit cards are accepted:

  • VISA

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Union Pay

Wire transfers are only available for the Enterprise edition and/or for payments which exceed the following amounts (upon which such option will be available in the hosted subscription checkout window):

  • EUR: 4,000

  • USD: 5,000

  • CZK: 100,000

To pay by credit card or PayPal, follow these steps:

  1. From the bottom left of Memsource, click Subscribe now

    The Your subscription page opens.

  2. Select a currency.

  3. Click Subscribe now on the preferred plan.

  4. Provide required PM accounts and a subscription period.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Provide billing data and click Next.

  7. Review subscription and billing data and click Checkout.

    Payment gateway opens.

  8. Complete payment process to complete subscription purchase.

If payment via credit card or PayPal is not possible, payment can be made via wire transfer but only for one year subscriptions. Send an email to our customer success team with the following information:

  • Billing address, including a VAT number if available.

  • Memsource Vendor token (found on the Setup Setup_gear.png page under the Organization section).

  • Preferred Memsource edition.

  • Number of required Project Manager accounts.

Add To or Change Subscription

To modify a subscription, follow these steps:

  1. From the Setup Setup_gear.png page, scroll down to the Subscription section and click on Details.

    The Your subscription page opens.

  2. To upgrade, click Upgrade edition.

    Select an edition to upgrade to and click Subscribe now. Pricing calculation is prorated.

  3. To add users, click Add users.

    The current number of users is presented with the option to add more PMs. Pricing calculation is displayed and prorated.

  4. To manage subscription, click Manage.

    The conditions of the existing subscription are presented but can be modified if required.

To downgrade an edition, contact the Support Team. Downgrades can only be applied at the end of a subscription period.
