Business Units provide the grouping of projects into sub-organizations or departments within a Memsource account. This allows for the application and management of access rights to these groups rather than individuals projects.
Access rights can be restricted for:
A company has divisions in the US and in the EU and don't want all Project Managers to have access to all projects. Business Units are created for each locale and Administrators set individual Project Manager access rights based on the locale in which they have projects while declining access to outside projects.
To create a business unit, follow these steps:

From a project page, click Edit.
Select a Business Unit from the dropdown list.
The selected Business Unit is associated with the project.
