Hi,
When you download a bilingual DOCX from Memsource Web Editor, the file gets downloaded based on your browser options. In your browser, you can set whether the browser should always ask you for the location of the bilingual DOCX or if the file should be automatically downloaded into a specific folder – downloads, desktop, etc.
When you download a bilingual DOCX from Memsource Editor (the desktop version), Memsource always puts the DOCX into the folder in which the MXLIFF file you are working on is saved, and will also automatically open the DOCX. So if you cannot find your DOCX, just check where the MXLIFF you are working on is saved – the DOCX will be in the same folder (with the same file name).
