I'm trying to figure out why my email templates are in French even though I'm using Memsource in English.
I assume there are built-in job notification email templates in English, so could you please give me the steps to follow in order to enable them?
Please check Setup > Administration > Email templates – you will be able to see, in which language are your default email templates written.
The language of the templates does not change automatically based on user’s selected language (there might be many users in one account and each can have different language set).
Create a new template – it will be automatically pre-filled with English text.
You can then either delete all French templates (this will effect all you organization, so better discuss it with your colleagues first)
or you can leave the French and manually select the EN template in a relevant settings (for example email job or Automation Widget).
Please note that in some cases the selection is not possible and the default (French) template will be sent.
