MT results do not show

MT results have not been showing up for more than two hours. What is going on, please?

Hello.
The complimentary Microsoft with feedback is working correctly.
If you are using some other MT Engine, then please check the settings, credentials and also your credit (if it is paid service).

Thank your for your answer, Katerina. The funny thing is the four squares are in green but the CAT section on the right is completely white, with no suggestions from the MT. Has this happened before?

Regarding payment, I am a team member but not the administrator of the software. Maybe, I should ask the administrator.
